Belly Tank

   If you've been wishing you could put an Interstate fuel tank on your Standard or Tourer but can't justify spending so much $$$, or you already have an Interstate and wish you had a better range between fuel stops, look no farther.
   R & M Works Inc has developed a 3 gallon auxillary fuel tank for the Valkyrie that is virtually unseen, relatively easy to install and still leaves you your reserve fuel. Price is about a third of what you'd spend for an Interstate fuel tank in good condition. (if you can find one that you won't have to paint)

                         in this photo you can barely see the Belly Tank in front of the rear wheel.

           Comes as a complete kit with fuel pump, all hoses, fittings, filter and installation manual

                                       * Fills thru main tank at the same time thru a 1/2" line
                                                    * 3 Gallon Tank
                                                    * Seamless system no switches, etc
                                                    * Maintains your normal reserve
                                                    * Lowers CG of motorcycle
                                                    * Uses fuel off the main tank first
                                                    * Constructed of .125 5052 Aluminum and then powder-coated
                                                    * Requires a fitting silver soldered into main tank

Seats

   Seats for the Honda Valkyrie are as individualized as Valkyrie riders themselves. Here are some companies that make seats for the Honda Valkyrie...

CORBIN SEATS

                                                         Classic Solo w/Backrest's and Pillion

  My Presonal Favorite: The Studded Classic Solo with Backrest.
  Corbin Seats are Highly Customizable with many choices of Leathers, Colors, Designs, Stitching, Backrest Design, Ect.
  It's said among Valkyrie Riders that you either have a Corbin Butt or you don't. I guess I do. I really like the look of the Corbin seat and I find it amazingly comfortable. Did a 3 day, 1000 mile trip to Pikes Peak with mine this summer and never experienced the dreaded "butt burn". Very Comfortable seat. I'm 6'2" with a 33" inseam and this seat rides you low, "down in" the bike. Backrest is awesome. Very well made and offers all-day comfort.

ULITMATE SEATS

    Lowrider Studded  ...........

Bigboy Studded  .....
King Bigboy Studded  .....
One of many customs.....

   Ulitmate Seats are highly customizable with 3 different size seats and a wide selection of Colors, Designs, Stitching, Embroidery, ect. Made from Vinyl. Available with or without studs. Available in Lowrider, Bigboy and King Bigboy sizes. "Designed it to sit you "in" the seat, not 'on" the seat". Great looking seats. Highly praised by many Valkyrie riders..

RUSSELL DAYLONG SEATS

Ultimate Seats are made specifically for you. Built to your height, weight, inseam, riding position, ect.
Customizable in leather or Vinyl, Color, Fabric, Inserts, Patterns, Embroidery, Backrest, ect. The Valkyrie riders I've heard from who have these seats all say these are top of the line, wouldn't trade it for anything, seats!

MUSTANG SEATS

From the Website...

     I developed this LED Brake/Signal System because I am a rider who decided that I didn't want to have a life changing event with a careless driver. I didn't want my family to hear those words   "I didn't see him".         That was in 2006 I wrote that statement, before smartphones, texting, music systems so powerfull that you can't hear anything outside of the vehicle including loud exhaust pipes.
    Each patented system is made in the USA with the highest quality materials available, that is why I can offer a LifeTime Warranty.
    Each unit mounts approximately 48 inches from the ground, that puts the superbright LEDS in direct line of sight of drivers. Each unit has 19 superbright LEDS per side, thats a total of 38 LEDS per system. Amber wrap around LED front and rear turn signals, Red LED rear brake lights.
    Can you really be seen without this system ?
    The mounting brackets mount at the mirror support for a clean and professional look. (Note the rubber bushing for vibration)
    Electrical hook up is done with supplied 3M connectors, no need to cut any wires.
    Each units internal components (wiring/leds ect) have been sealed and are completely waterproof, in fact these units will work under water !
    I know you be thrilled with these lights, I guarantee it.

Pt.2 1998 Honda GL1500C Valkyrie Project - How To Repair A Rusty Fuel Tank

BigBF: Custom Parts & Installation

                                                                     Click Here

   A great site with a wealth of information, custom parts, custom mods and excellent "How To's."
   Just a few examples...

                                                                     Aeromach MFG

   Speaking from personal experience...
   If your going to add Velocity Stacks to your Valkyrie, you'll want to check out bigBF's very detailed "pictorial" installation instructions... (wouldn't have wanted to do the install without these pics)
                                                                         Click Here

  as well as check out his custom installation "Kit", complete with the spacer you'll need to raise the front of your tank just enough so that it clears the V-stacks...

  and the "screens" you'll be wanting, to really set off those V-stacks...

And you'll also be wanting this PDF file that I found (don't remember where), to show you where your going to want to easily add some rubber pads to the underside of your tank so that the tanks 4 points of contact with the frame are restored....
                                                                        Click Here

Or, how about a custom installed Kury ISO Shift Peg on your Valkyrie to match your other pegs and grips. (already ordered mine) His detailed installation instruction pictures show you how to do it yourself, or you can send him your shift peg arm and he'll do it for you!

                                                                         Click Here

or how about pictorial instructions to adjust your valves, or front fork disassembly, and much more, as well as custom parts!
   You need to check out bigBF's site for yourself!
